NETTING-TradNet-Clem2

Woven Netting

Also made from PE but the major difference involves 2 processes.  First, plastic film is extruded and placed on rolls, then the rolls are converted on a machine that actually crochets the stands into a strong weave.  This type of net is tear resistant yet very soft and is used on clipping machines, form and fill machines, and also Pacon’s own header bags.

Traditional Extruded Netting

All of Pacon’s netting is made from polyethylene (PE).  PE is naturally recyclable and can even be made to degrade in landfills by adding an additive at the time of extrusion.  There are a variety of configurations suiting every need from our very soft net used to package tomatoes up to very heavy net for turkeys and even rocks.
